Kung Fu Programs for Body and Mind

The goal of our Kung Fu Program is to strengthen the body with Kung Fu animal exercises and drills, to strengthen the mind though the development of internal energy, and to promote stress relief utilizing Qigong breathing exercises and stretching. Students will learn Kung Fu through the study of the Tam Tui Wah Lum (Northern Mantis) and Fu Jow Pai (Black Tiger Claw) styles. These systems focus on balance and awareness of surroundings moving with speed and striking with immense force that is generated through powerful circular movements.
