Cardio Kickboxing

This class runs from 45 minutes to an hour in length, and is full of high intensity training. We do it all in this class: punching, kicking, stretching, heavy bag work, circuit training, floor exercises, interval workouts, and abs abs abs! This is a great group class filled with the camaraderie of a shared workout experience. Students at all levels of fitness can participate in this program, and for those who choose this as a private lesson we also teach sparring and self defense techniques. No two classes are the same. You will not be bored with a routine here. Each work out is designed to challenge you to your limits and to teach you how to transcend them.
