The Junior Black Belt Program is designed to introduce kids to the martial arts and karate through a very fun and rewarding experience.
The goal of our Adult Karate Program is to focus on stress relief through stretching and breathing exercises, to learn effective self defense techniques utilizing punches and kicks, and to combine these new skills into an effective strength and conditioning workout.
The goal of our Kung Fu Program is to strengthen the body with Kung Fu animal exercises and drills, to strengthen the mind though the development of internal energy, and to promote stress relief utilizing Qigong breathing exercises and stretching.
Our Cardio Kickboxing and Personal Training classes run an hour in length, and are full of high intensity training.
