Kickboxing Classes Cardio Kickboxing – Bring It On! 60 mintues of high intensity training. We do it all in this class. Punching, kicking, stretching, heavy bag work, circuit training, floor exercises, and interval workouts and for those who choose this as a private lesson we also teach sparring and self defense techniques. No 2 classes are the same. You will not be bored with a routine here. Each work out is designed to challenge you to your limits and teach you how to reach beyond. Don’t delay come on in right now and really learn something about yourself. The first lesson is always complimentary. Classes Available 6 days a week |
