The goal of the Kempo Academy program is to help students realize their full potential through the knowledge and practice of the following three rules:

 Respect - Treating other people the way I want to be treated.

 Self Discipline - Doing the things I know I should do whether I want to or not

 Self Control - Controlling my behavior and being responsible for my actions.

As Martial Artists we lead by example, treating others the way we want to be treated; we do the right thing whether we want to or not; we use self control and take responsibility for our actions; we only use our martial arts when bodily harm comes our way.
